Ingredients

- - 165ml warmwater
- - 1 tspinstant yeast
- - 1 tspsalt
- - 200g SanMarzano tomatoes, crushed
- - 150g freshmozzarella, torn
- - A handful of fresh basil
- - Extra-virgin olive oil, to finish
Directions
Step 1
Mix flour, yeast, salt, and water. Knead 8 minutes until smooth.
Step 2
Cover and rise at room temperature for 4 hours.
Step 3
Heat the oven to 250°C / 480°F with a steel or stone inside.
Step 4
Shape the dough into a thin disk. Spread tomatoes.
Step 5
Bake for 6-8 minutes. Add mozzarella halfway through.
Step 6
Finish with basil and olive oil. Serve immediately.
