Ingredients

- - 100g castersugar
- - 2 largeeggs
- - 1 tspvanilla extract
- - 300g plainflour
- - 1 tspbaking soda
- - 1 tspflaky salt
- - 300g darkchocolate chunks
Directions
Step 1
Brown the butter until amber and nutty. Cool.
Step 2
Whisk in both sugars, then eggs and vanilla.
Step 3
Fold in flour, soda, and salt, then chocolate.
Step 4
Chill the dough at least 1 hour.
Step 5
Scoop 50g balls. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 11-12 min.
Step 6
Sprinkle with flaky salt; cool 5 min before moving.
